Loyalty card FAQ

Loyalty cards must be presented at checkout to receive a stamp or credit toward rewards.
One stamp per tattoo appointment. Multiple tattoos in one session count as one visit.
Cards are non-transferable and valid only for the client whose name appears on the card.
Cards cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or gift cards unless stated otherwise.
4th Visit: Receive 30% off your total that day. Discount must be used during that appointment and cannot be saved for a later date.
8th Visit: Receive a free tattoo valued up to $120 (equal to one hour of chair time).
- If the chosen tattoo is priced higher than $120, the remaining balance will be due at checkout.
- If the tattoo is priced lower than $120, the remaining balance cannot be transferred, credited, or used at a later date.
Loyalty rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or merchandise.
Missed, canceled, or rescheduled appointments with less than 48 hours’ notice do not qualify for a stamp.
Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
Bugpin Tattoo Studio reserves the right to modify or discontinue this loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
All loyalty rewards must be redeemed within 12 months of completing the qualifying visit.
